The Design Brief
The site needed to attract more customers and instil a sense of quality, trust and credibility on many levels. Our initial research proved to us that we desperately needed to up the level of presentation, develop a strong traditional look to the website furniture/typography and simplify the navigation into a “by gender” application.
Website Design
Our main aim was to keep the furniture graphics and typography consistent throughout to command a sense of authority and balance. In the end, we produced a clean and traditional feel with strong underlining traditional tones. The navigation had to be condensed down to the bare basics, proving that “less is more” which enabled us to deliver a “by gender” user experience. SEO (search engine optimisation) was important from the outset, and we were able to compile a full search engine strategy based on specific product range listings. For example, search for the term “Aigle Womens Jacket” on Google – and they are on page one.
As we worked on the main website development, other online activities were delivered by way of a Blog Design and development and Landing Pages. The main reason for these extra activities is to drive traffic and increase awareness which is critical for SEO purposes.

Cybertill eCommerce Design integration
Barnack Country Clothing runs their operation using an Epos System called Cybertill. Cybertill provides the client with an EPoS system (Electronic Point of Sale) for their retail store and is able to integrate this with an online eCommerce module and the mail order side of businesses in real time. Brave Creative completely customised the design and development code and thus creating a bespoke designed website.
