My Turkish Home are a Turkish based property agent who specialise in the holiday property's to buy and let. This was a great example of then way we can work with out actually meeting clients face to face. The client contacted us to quote on producing logo initially and emailed across a written brief. Once quoted and the contract was won Brave created a series of logo ideas which were emailed to MTH. These were then whittled down to chosen the logo.

The logo incorporates the Turkish flag with a crashing wave using a bright summer palette. This works well on MTH's beach front offices and since the new sign has been erected they have seen an increase of customers through the shop front.

In fact it wasn't until we delivered the brochures whilst one of the directors was in the UK that we met one of MTH's employees. The brochure was a combined brochure folder with 8 internal pages and a pocket in the back.

Website development

My Turkish Homes wanted a website they could totally maintain themselves and so we created a full content management system (CMS) to allow them to update content when ever and from where ever they wanted. The site is still increasing in size with properties being added on a regular basis and has a firm standing within this market place. The site is easy to use, has multiple content channels and delivers the exact content a user requires who is serious about purchasing a property abroad. View the website
