Logo design for property companies is of great interest to Brave. Delta's targeted approach lead to the concept of the 'cross hairs' logo. The company is young and dynamic in the appearance and approach, as well as extremely professional. When dealing with the vast sums some people were investing in properties Delta's logo needed to show they were a company to be trusted. We created not only a powerful logo design but also a gave it a feel of wealth in its colour way by using gold and deep blue. The centre of the cross hairs is split between gold and blue and these two halves coming together depict the handshake of the deal complete.

Nice property portfolio

As well as creating a logo we rolled this out in a full stationery range design and a corporate folder to hold all the sales literature and clients property portfolio. The strapline 'Targetting Property For Landlords' was conceived to further emphasise the service Delta provide. This strapline was used on all literature including letterheads, business cards, compliments slips and folder.
