What is the first thing you do before you start any Design project?Answer:
During this stage we develop our understanding of your company or organisation and review your proposition, your market and your main competitors. We will then begin a research stage and assess the benefits that paper-based marketing and digital media marketing can bring to your overall communications programme. Only when this is accessed, can we give any direction and guidance as to beginning the Creative stage.
Who will be working on our website development?Answer:
We have a Graphic Designer to ensure the creative hits all the right "creative" notes. A front end developer is then responsible for programming the graphics into xhtml and clean css. Any backend programming or database work is taken care of with our backend developer.
What experience do you have?Answer:
As an agency we have over 20 years combined experience, plus we have a design portfolio of work that we've worked on, so please feel a look at those and see if you like what you see.
Do you offer ongoing support for websites you design?Answer:
Even if your site is a very basic 'brochure information site', it will still need updating from time to time. Fresh, new content not only brings people back to your site, it will also go a long way to assist with your search engine rankings. We offer part or full support for content management, leaving you to do what you do best, run your business.
What about search engine optimisation?Answer:
We offer tiered SEO packages depending on your budget and these consist of anything from the full strategy and implementation to basic Meta tags, Title tag creation, Link Building, Directory submissions, Social Bookmarking, Forum Postings, Blog postings to full PPC Campaign Management. What is a content management system (CMS)?Answer:
A content management system, is an extension of your website where you can update, delete and even edit all the main body text of your website plus images. Essentially its another website that controls your main site. Typically content which needs to be updated on a regular bases such as latest news and events for example and therefore we provide secure system for you to do this easily and safely. It can be tailored to your website requirement and also have built in SEO (see above) tools to ensure whatever you write is searchable by google.
How much will it cost?Answer:
We thought you'd ask this! We usually quote each project based on a detailed brief and this can sometimes be offered at different levels giving you the choice of budget ranges depending on the level and time you are willing to invest in. After all, you pay for what you get ;-)

What if I don't like what you design?Answer:
This is extremely rare, honest! Most of the time we hit the nail on the head the very first time, sometimes it can take a few of discussions and couple design submissions before you are happy with our concept. In the end, we always ensure our clients are satisfied and we feel happy that we have delivered a job to our highest standards within the set budget and timescale given.
Is it really necessary to get my stationery designed, surely once you have designed our new logo then we can just take this to a printer to complete?Answer:
Well, your stationery is one of the most important parts of your identity visually - your brand is your image after all. Stationery Design is often overlooked as just a simple administrational paperwork device but it's much much more than that, it's a method of marketing your company image and also needs to be well thought through, designed in such a manner that is continues the company's brand values. We highly recommend you commission us to finish the entire process of looking after your brand's stationery design. Do you produce brand guidelines document for other designers to follow?Answer:
Yes, absolutely, if we are designing a logo and visual identity for you we recommend that we produce a brand guidelines document. This shows other designers and graphic professionals the importance of maintaining a consistency for your brand/logo - we will act as Brand Guardians!
Do you provide a full service such as design and artwork plus finally printing of a project?Answer:
