Utile Engineering manufacture vacuum pumps, gas compressors, gas boosters and gas holders to meet any industrial requirement. Utile has built an enviable and international reputation for producing the very highest quality vacuum pumps, compressors and boosters over the last 80 years.

Utile have such a vast number of products that is ever increasing as they develop new products for the various industry sectors they supply such as water, gas, oil, dairy, etc that we felt the best answer was to create a folder brochure with inserts for each product along with its specification data. The different sectors are shown in the photoshop montage on the cover. The vector graphic curves tie in nicely with the logo. The use of the steely blue colour reflects the raw materials used to make these pumps and compressors.

Photography

A certain amount of onsite product photography was required due the weight of some of the pumps. This also allowed us to take some arty lifestyle photography around the factory of staff and equipment. These were used in the Folder, A4 brochures, exhibition display and some really nice images around the factory and offices.

Printed it too!

We also printed the folders which were 4 colour process with a matt laminated cover. The is a pocket with a 5mm capacity to allow for all the specification sheets. The specifications sheets were digitally printed A4.

Exhibition Graphics

We were later asked to create large for graphics for a 3x3m pop-up display stand. This incorporated all the industry sectors and made for a stunning display. A5 Flyers were also designed and printed for the exhibition.

On the web

As part of the project we were asked developed and maintain the website. The site has a content management system that allows the client to update certain sections of the site such as the news. This was truly a great example of how Brave offers a full agency service.
