Magazine Advertising

We were involved in the early stages of bringing the original magazine brand to the on-line market and so a series of advertising design pages were required which were filtered through to many of the Emap (Bauer media as its known now) magazine titles to raise awareness of the launch to the online arena.

The Ad Design has a distinctive colour tone to it which gives an instant impact from any opposite page which might face it. We felt that the image of the a well used pair of walking boots portrayed what the magazine stood for and by adding a key descriptive editorial piece which followed the contour of the boot itself, this again signified a journey, a trek or a climb.
